Liverpool and The Beatles go hand in hand, but their story goes far beyond the Cavern Club. 🎸

Starting at the Beatles Statue on Liverpool’s waterfront, we’ll walk through the city where John, Paul, George and Ringo grew up, played, met friends and began the journey that would change music forever.

​

Of course, we’ll head to Mathew Street and the Cavern Club, where The Beatles played nearly 300 times, but we won’t stop there. We’ll talk about Brian Epstein, the man who helped turn four Liverpool lads into a worldwide phenomenon, and pass Eleanor Rigby, one of the city’s most recognisable Beatles references.

Then we’ll move away from the usual Beatles trail. We’ll stop at The Jacaranda, Ye Cracke and the beautiful Philharmonic Dining Rooms, places connected to their student days, early performances and life in Liverpool before Beatlemania.

​

We’ll also visit LIPA, housed in the former Liverpool Institute where Paul McCartney and George Harrison studied, while hearing more about the Liverpool that shaped their early years.

​

It’s a tour about The Beatles, but also about their Liverpool, the streets they walked, the places they knew and the city behind the music.
